This is what it looked like when I got it, with the Brio furniture that came with the house. I wasn't too keen on the decor, apart from the kitchen, so I decided to change it. The wallpapers were torn anyway.

I have collected all the Lundby dolls from the 70s - they are some of my favourite dolls!
I was able to get the chairs for a very reasonable price, but not a matching table, so I've made little leg extensions for my coffee table which I wasn't using.
This lady was out shopping while I photographed the house, so here she is!
Hi!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Catharina, and I’m from Sweden, the country of Lundby dollhouses....
I must say that I am REALLY impressed by your collection of dollhouses, and I just adore the paintings you have on the walls. Where have you got them?
I Hope you understand My english.
Kind regards Catharina
Hi Catharina!
DeleteYour English is excellent, so no problem there!
Thank you for your kind comments! The painting are just printed from retro style pictures I have found with a google image search. If you'd like, I can email you the files, then you can print them if you have a colour printer.
You're so lucky being in Sweden, I dream of going to a Scandinavian flea market and actually finding something I can use for my houses!
Kind regards
Anne
